By submitting the form below, you (the customer) agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the purchase of a custom wig from Royalti Treatment:

1. Customization Details:
   - You acknowledge that the custom wig will be created based on the specifications you provide in the form below. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details (such as color, length, texture, and style) are accurate and complete.

2. Full Payment:
   - Full payment is required upfront to initiate the production of your custom wig. No deposits will be accepted. Failure to complete payment will result in a delay or cancellation of your order.

3. Production Time:
   - The standard production time for custom wigs is 14-21 business days. If you wish to expedite the process, you may pay a "skip the line" fee of $150. This fee will prioritize your order, allowing us to create your wig in 3-4 business days.

4. Final Sale:
   - Due to the personalized nature of custom wigs, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once the wig has been completed and shipped.

5. Accuracy of Information:
   - You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications. Any changes or corrections after submission may result in additional charges or delays.

6. Liability:
   - Royalti Treatment is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. We will provide tracking information and recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.

7. Customer Satisfaction:
   - We strive for customer satisfaction and will work with you to ensure your custom wig meets your expectations. However, minor variations in color, length, and style may occur due to the handmade nature of the product.
