Any changes or corrections to the specifications after submission may result in additional charges or delays.

3. Full Payment
Full payment is required upfront to initiate the production of your custom wig. No deposits will be accepted. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received. If payment is not completed, the order may be delayed or canceled.

 

4. Production Time
The standard production time for custom wigs is 14-21 business days. Customers have the option to expedite the process by paying a "skip the line" fee of $150, which will prioritize the order and reduce production time to 3-4 business days. Production times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and material availability.

 

5. Final Sale
Due to the personalized nature of custom wigs, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once the wig has been completed and shipped. 

 

6. Shipping and Handling
Royalti Treatment is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. We will provide tracking information once the order has been shipped. Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance for added protection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications for their custom wigs. Royalti Treatment will not be held responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
