Cancellation Policy
At Royalti Treatment, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our clients. To ensure a smooth and pleasant booking process, please review our booking policy below. Appointments: All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and preparation. If you have a frontal, closure or wig you must bring it 2-5 days business days prior to your appointment for customizing washing or cleaning. Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hour's notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Only 1 reschedule is allowed under the same deposit if made in the 24 hour's notice period. Any cancellation will result in loss of deposit. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service to fit the remaining time. Late arrivals may also result in late fee after 15 minutes. Cancellation after 30 minutes. Health and Safety: Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions at the time of booking. If you or your child are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and other clients. Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all services. Remaining balance in cash is due when checking in for appointment. We accept credit/debit card payment methods, online and CASH only in person. Minors: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the appointment. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's behavior and must ensure they are supervised at all times. Consultations: Complimentary consultations are available to discuss your needs and preferences before booking a service. Please text or call (901-498-4087). Limit to 3 questions. We recommend consultations for new clients or those seeking significant changes to their hairstyle. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our booking policy.
